Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal-care nature of our body butters and for hygiene and product-safety reasons, all body butter sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unopened body butter products unless required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
