Refund Policy

Due to the personal-care and handmade nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for accidental purchases, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with a selected fragrance, or personal scent preferences. Fragrance experiences can vary from person to person, and we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and fragrance notes before placing an order.

 

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept returned body butters, handmade soaps, perfume oils, beard care products, wax melts, or other bath, body, and home fragrance items. This policy helps us preserve the quality and condition of the products we create for our customers.

We take great care in preparing and packaging each order. However, if an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the product you originally purchased, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Please contact us with your order number, a detailed description of the concern, and clear photographs showing the affected product and its packaging. This information helps us assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may qualify for a replacement or refund.

All reported issues will be reviewed individually. Please note that normal variations in the appearance, color, texture, or presentation of handmade products may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
